Located in Strand, Western Cape, South Africa Futuresmart Learning Centre has been established to cater for Primary School learners who have been diagnosed with ASD, PDA/EDA or severe anxiety.
Our smaller classrooms and dedicated staff members help create an environment where these learners can flourish and learn to self-regulate while still gaining an education.
We understand that the traditional educational system over-stimulates these learners, therefore we have created our own blended model which adapts to each learner's needs.
At Futuresmart Learning Centre we offer various curricula options, namely:

Grades 1 - 3 (Junior Class)
Blended Model of CAPS and Basic Skills Development.

We have blended the CAPS curriculum with the American curriculum and basic skills to create a curriculum that helps learners learn at their own pace while generating skills that will give them a solid foundation for their educational future.

Grades 4 - 5 (Middle Class)
MobyMax or Cambrilearn Curriculum with Blended Model Curriculum

Once the learner has the basic foundation in place and can read and write independently we will introduce them to the online curriculum options of either MobyMax or Cambrilearn.

MobyMax is an American-based curriculum which is done online with the help of facilitators.​

Cambrilearn is a British-based curriculum which is done partly online and with the use of textbooks.

Grades 6-8 (Senior Class)

Learners will focus more on their chosen curriculum option while still getting extra help with the subjects they struggle with.

Grades 8+
These learners will advance to the Digital Centre.
